Need some Sunshine?
Posted on February 22nd, 2010 No commentsHere are a couple pictures of sunflowers I grew last year.
The first one is my favorite !!!!The pictures above are from volunteers. Volunteers are seeds that fall on the ground and grow the next year. I think they look pretty good for volunteers.

Zions National Park
Posted on February 22nd, 2010 No commentsHere are a few pictures taken near Zion’s National Park. It doesn’t snow that often there, so I was fortunate to be able to snap some pictures of the beautiful mountains with some snow.

Neighborhood Turkey
Posted on February 22nd, 2010 No commentsThis is a turkey that has the runs free in a Utah neighborhood. Turkeys have a red cockscomb that hangs in front of its neck.
I found out from my friend Maxine (in the picture) that the turkey’s cockscomb is red when he is happy, but if he gets stressed or scared the cockscomb turns light blue. You can see the pictures of it when it is red then when he became scared of me, it turned light blue. -
