Okay, so I haven’t posted regularly for about…oh about five months. If you have missed me…sorry. But the Summer is VERY busy and the Fall is VERY VERY busy. So here I am again.
Most of my posts will be about gardening, but I will have lots of pictures and humor along the way.

So just for fun, here are a few questions to get my blog off to a great start.
    Brain Teasers, December 1, 2011.
    1. How many three cent stamps are there in a dozen?
    2. Which is correct: Nine and seven is fifteen or Nine and seven are fifteen?
    3. Pronounce out loud the words formed by each of the following letter series:
B-O-A-S-T, C-O-A-S-T, R-O-A-S-T. Now what do you put in a toaster?
    4. A farmer had seventeen sheep. All but nine died. How many were left alive?
    5. A rope ladder is hanging over the side of a ship. The ladder is twelve feet long, and the rungs are one foot apart, with the lowest rung resting on the surface of the water. The water is rising at the rate of one foot per hour. How long will it take before the first three rungs are under water?

These were found in the 2012 Farmers’ Almanac

Please have fun with this. Answers on the 8th.
